Representing around 410,000 anglers and a sector contributing over €437 million annually to the economy, ÖKF FishLife promotes ecologically responsible and sustainable angling. Recognised as an environmental organisation, FishLife combines habitat restoration, species protection, youth engagement, and policy advocacy, notably through initiatives such as the FishLife Award, which highlights exemplary projects improving fish habitats across the country.
